How to use the portable electric strapping machine?

Use Process

 

1.Put in the strapping belt. Put one end of the PP/PET strapping belt on the goods, lift the handle with the right hand and put the upper and lower strapping belts into the entrance of the electric strapping machine in parallel.

 

2. Tighten the strapping belt. Press the tension button above the electric strapping machine, and release the switch button after reaching the desired tension strength.

 

3. Fusion strapping belt. After tightening, press the welding button, and release it immediately after pressing the button. The electric strapping machine will automatically weld and cut off the excess strapping belt.

 

4. Release the electric strapping machine. After welding, we just need to lift the handle, the welding button will reset automatically, lift the handle to loosen the belt accordingly, and move the electric strapping machine to the right.

 

Use Precautions

 

1. The width and thickness of PP strapping and PET strapping used should conform to the size of the hand-held electric strapping machine, otherwise the welding seal will be insecure.

 

2. Do not use it in rain or humid environment to avoid short circuit of the packer.

 

3. The electric strapping machine is not allowed to run empty (that is, press the start switch when the strapping belt is not placed), and strictly follow the operation steps specified in the manual.

 

4. The PP/PET strapping belt selected must be 100% new material. Thestrapping belt of recycled material contains other impurities, so the abrasion of the packer is very serious.
