1. Endurance
The endurance of a high-quality full-automatic self-propelled film wrapping machine is about 8-10 hours. The long-term endurance can better improve your packaging efficiency. You can move the machine to pack goods in any place without moving the goods to the power supply.
2. Height of column
The height of the column mainly depends on the height of the goods you want to pack. The most common size is about 180 cm. If you want to package higher goods, you need to customize the column height, which is conducive to better packaging your goods
For the semi-automatic film winding machine, we need to consider four factors: the weight of the goods, the diameter of the goods, the height of the goods and whether a slope is required.
1. Weight of goods
For the conventional semi-automatic film wrapping machine, the carrying capacity of the pallet is about 1500 kg. If the weight of the goods you need to pack exceeds 1500 kg, you need to consider customizing the bearing capacity of the rotary table of the machine, otherwise your machine will be damaged because of carrying heavier goods.
2. Diameter of goods
The diameter of the rotary table of the semi-automatic film wrapping machine is about 150cm, so the diameter of our goods must be less than 150cm before they can be packed. If the diameter of your goods exceeds 150cm, you can choose to customize a larger rotary table. The maximum diameter of the rotary table in our factory can be 240cm.
3. Height of goods
The packaging height of the column of the semi-automatic film wrapping machine is about 200 cm. If the height of your goods exceeds 200 cm, you need to customize the height of the column to pack your goods more efficiently and completely. 4. Whether slope is required
If you use the semi-automatic pallet wrapping machine, you use a forklift to put the goods on the rotary table. You do not need to slope. The rotary table of our film wrapping machine has its own forklift hole, which can safely put the goods on the rotary table. If you use a trolley to place the goods on the rotary table, you need to connect the rotary table of the wrapping machine on a slope, which saves time and labor, and can better improve your packaging efficiency.
