What is the production process of polypropylene strapping ？

Let’s talk about how polypropylene strapping is produced. The process is mainly divided into seven parts.

The first step is stirring. Workers fill the machine with raw materials needed for production, and fully mix the raw materials with a mixer.

The second step is feeding. The fully stirred raw materials are sucked into the bin at the top of the injection molding extruder througdish the automatic suction machine.

The third step is injection molding. The mixed raw materials are heated by the extruder (the temperature is 170-200 ℃) and then extruded through the screw rod of the host machine. The temperature must be controlled at this stage, otherwise the polypropylene strapping belt will not be produced successfully.

The fourth step is Cooling.The extruded tape passes through the first cooling water tank for cooling. The water temperature must be controlled at about 50 ℃.

The fifth step is stretching. The extruded belt is pulled to the first drafting roll, and then stretched to the required specification through the hot stretching water tank and the shaping cooling water tank.

The sixth step is Embossing.The cooled belt is embossed and shaped by the second drafting roll and embossing roll.

The seventh step is Rewinding.the embossed tape is pulled to the third drafting roller and enters the winding machine for intelligent winding. When the required number of meters is reached, it can be automatically cut off. The rolled tape can be packaged.
